Don’t believe the CBO ten-year number. It’s a fraud, because the Democrats have gamed the system to collect four years of taxes to credit against the number before they start spending. Here’s a graph with a realistic estimate of the spending involved. (Which, if Medicare and Medicad are any guide, is probably way too low.)
