With the change of seasons, I've felt the need to spruce up the Doublewide a bit. You know, maybe get a new throw-rug to match the autumn colors? But, being properly eco-conscious, I thought that, rather than engaging in some tacky display of rampant consumerism, I'd protect the environment by seeing how I could reuse, recycle, etc., etc.
So I sashayed on over to the local Goodwill to see what they had on offer.
And they had a lovely grouping right near the door, couch, coffee table, lamp, all accessorized with several choices ready to hang on the wall of anyone's Doublewide, or Castle, for that matter. My eye was immediately caught by the framed print at the top, just to the right of the Matisse.
For $3.99, you can have a framed print of "The One" for your very own!
I do wonder about the poor soul who brought it to the Goodwill for "re-purposing." Reckon they had a bad case of buyer's remorse?
Gotta go...fixin' a punchbowl of Schadenfreude for cocktail hour!
