The Wall Street Journal has a slightly disturbing but ultimately fascinating piece on how Democratic Party candidates are trashing President Obama in their ads, emphasizing how they stood up to him, voted against him, opposed his healthcare bill and spending sprees. This isn’t theory: these are pull quotes from actual ads, which the WSJ identifies by candidate names.

The Czar is hard pressed to remember Democrats basically running against their own President like this. Carter had a little bit of it, but wow.
