The Czar has been to Pittsburgh twice. Both times, he was treated with extreme kindness and graciousness, and fed ferociously well. So he likes the people of Pittsburgh very much.

Congrats on winning the Stanley Cup, slamming down those unpleasant Detroit Red Wings, and—oh yes—defeating the Washington Capitals, who proved to be nowhere as good as the Chicago Blackhawks.
