The Tax Foundation said in an August 12 release that an Associated Press article on a Government Accountability Office report on corporate tax liabilities overstated by 90 times the number of large corporations not paying corporate income taxes.

The AP said it was 25%. What's the real number? 0.28%. Hey, at least they got the numeral two right...
